They include high rise residential and commercial buildings all above $80m.This opportunity for a Project Manager will see you take the lead on their brand new $100m+ high rise residential construction project in Maroochydore and report directly into the Qld Construction Manager. You will have the support of Snr/CA's and administrative support. The project is a waterfront high rise residential project and is a genuine thing of beauty.It is preferential that you have experience working in the mid or upper tier construction environment and have the ability to drive commercial outcomes.As a Project Manager you will have:Ideally a Construction Management degree or equivalent tertiary qualification (adequate experience in the role of Project Manager without tertiary qualifications will also be considered)Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager for a mid tier or upper tier Construction Company.D&C Project experienceAbility to manage a team of Contract Administrators and supervisorsCommercially astuteTendering experience (for future projects)This builder will offer you the opportunity to join a well established team.
