Project Manager

The Client:
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their experienced team based in Brisbane.Culture is vital to their success and they work hard to create the best possible experience for all employees, and additionally maintain integrity and trust with all stakeholders.

The Role:
You will be working on a fantastic array of projects across Hospitality, Hotels and Sporting Infrastructure.
Project feasibility studies and budget costing Procurement of project teams, including design consultants, certifiers, and other consultants required to provide a full detailed design package for tender and construction purposes Development of project procurement methodologies and project delivery plans Project cost estimation and cost management Tender management Preparation of construction contracts Preparation of appointment Deeds under the WHS legislation. Contract administration Management of building contractors on site Working with the Director, identify growth opportunities through development and maintenance of a wide network of contacts in the property industry Provide regular, accurate and comprehensive reports to clients as required Be conversant and act within relevant law and statutory requirements relating to the position Ideal Skills/Experience: Proven experience in all aspects of project management 3+ years of relevant experience Exceptional stakeholder management skills Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent Contract management & strong negotiation skills Strong analytical & problem-solving skills The Benefits: High energy and results-focused business Attractive remuneration package Long-term career progression and professional development opportunities Please call Jordon Bourke on0432 446 031 for more information or email your CV to ****** applications will be held in the strictest of confidence.
