The Role As Project Manager, you'll play a critical role in delivering both business and technical projects that align with our strategic priorities.
Working closely with stakeholders, you'll oversee projects from planning through to execution, ensuring business benefits are achieved.
Some of the key initiatives we have in the pipeline include a new CRM system; a Human Capital Management Solution; a new Treasury Management System; a Fraud Transaction monitoring solution; upgrade to our Internet Banking and Mobile Apps; overhaul of our Corporate Website and Windows 11 roll out, to name a few.
The scope of these projects spans across the whole business.
You will form strong business relationships with our Customer Facing Teams; Operations; Technology; Finance; People & Culture; and Product Teams.
You'll be joining a forward-thinking organisation, tackling projects that enhance the customer experience and strengthen our operational capabilities, all while making a tangible difference in regional banking.
What You Bring With your strong project management skills (ideally PMI, SAFe, or Agile PM certified), you're comfortable navigating complex projects in regulated environments.
You'll have a strong background in project management, experience with both agile and waterfall methodologies, and a passion for building strong relationships.
If you can prioritise, adapt, and ensure seamless project delivery in a dynamic setting, you'll fit right in.
