As we continue to grow, so too does our team. We are looking for the right candidate to take on the role of Project Manager. This is a Full-Time role, based in our Port Macquarie office on the beautiful Hastings River in Port Macquarie, NSW.
The Project Manager will oversee and manage a number of projects within the Assets & Services division. This role will include responsibility for costs, schedule, performance requirements, and for ensuring that the project satisfies the requirements of the contract.
Key Accountabilities

Customer relationship management
General project administration
Reporting
Commercial letter writing
Scheduling, estimation development and review
Management of small ship builds
Warranty management
Spare parts sales

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Essential

Formal qualifications in Project Management, or related industry.
5-10 Years Project Management Experience in Construction, Maritime or related Industry with contracts up to $50m
Extensive experience in managing multiple marine and construction projects in parallel, meeting quality, cost and schedule
Experience managing a large team of people, including subcontractors and suppliers
Australian Citizenship, with eligibility to hold an Australian NV1 security clearance
Service-oriented team player with a "make it happen safely" attitude

Desirable

Project Management Experience in the maritime domain. Recognition or equivalency at the AIPM Certified Practicing Project Manager (CPPM) level
Comprehensive knowledge of the maritime regulatory environment including Class.
Formal training in project management including PMBOK knowledge
Recognition or equivalency at the Professional Project Manager (PPM) level
Engineering under-graduate qualification
