Our clients South Australia business has an ongoing and defined program of residential building maintenance works requiring completion across the state and is looking to add a project manager to the team to strengthen the delivery of these committed works.
Location is flexible to be based out of Whyalla, Port Pirie, Port Augusta, Port Lincoln or Adelaide, with travel expected to other locations and project sites as required. This is a permanent and full-time role reporting into the SA State Manager.
What you will be responsible for: Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project to optimise priorities and resource allocation.Manage and strengthen client and vendor relationships for smooth collaboration.Coordinate with operations and business support teams to align priorities and achieve project objectives.Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring maximum performance against schedules.Monitor progress and produce detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.Communicate project updates effectively to all relevant parties.Contribute to the State Leadership Team and support governance framework activities.What we are looking for: Construction Induction Card (White Card).Building Works Supervisor Registration (SA).Proficiency in MS Project.Demonstrated experience in the building or maintenance industry.Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.Excellent time management and task prioritisation skills.Strong report-writing abilities with attention to clarity and detail.Apply today:
