Cundaline are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee our bulk earthworks and rehabilitation projects 250km SE of Port Hedland. This role requires a highly organised individual who excels at project scheduling, resource management, and team leadership. If you have a strong background in civil construction, are proficient in MS Project, and are passionate about delivering high-quality work on time and on budget, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and deliver bulk earthworks and rehabilitation projects from start to finish. Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using MS Project to ensure timely completion. Lead and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors and site personnel. Oversee project budgets, resources, and materials to achieve financial and time targets. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards and best practices. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Identify and resolve project risks and issues proactively. About You:
Minimum of 10 years' of experience as a Project Manager in the civil construction industry, specifically in bulk earthworks and rehabilitation. Preferably delivered projects for/with BHP Asset Projects. Strong proficiency in MS Project and experience with project scheduling and resource planning (P6 Knowledge/Expertise held in high regard). Proven ability to manage teams and liaise with clients and stakeholders. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. A commitment to safety and quality, with a proactive approach to risk management. Hold or willing to complete Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor accreditation. Why Join Us?
