Our projects business unit is proven in multi-disciplinary project delivery, with capabilities for delivering Brownfields and Greenfield CAPEX or OPEX work packages.
We have a proven track record of successfully completing a high volume of project packages for our Blue Chip mining client base.
From design through to completion and handover, we are able to supply, maintain and manage all aspects of projects works including, remedial works, capital works and expansion projects.
THE ROLEDue to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Projects team.
As a Projects Manager, you will be responsible for leading the execution of Greenfields and Brownfields mining and other industrial construction projects.
Based at our Head Office with site travel as required to fulfill the requirements of the role, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring projects are managed and completed in accordance with client, statutory and HSEQ requirementsBuilding positive and professional relationships with clients and vendors, to ensure new and continuous businessFinancial health of all projects managed ensuring optimal commercial outcomesEnsuring contracts are complied with in a professional manner within the required timeframes whilst maintaining positive client relationshipsLeading team with positive culture demonstrating Linkforce valuesMonitoring fabrication, procurement and all deliverables are met to ensure site teams can meet project milestonesIdentifying "smarter" ways in project deliveryABOUT YOUThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Extensive experience in successfully delivering multidiscipline (CSMPEI or SMPEI) construction projects in mining and/or other industrial construction environmentsRelevant engineering or trade qualificationConstruction and/or Project Management qualification is highly desirableSolid working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of software (inc Project & Excel)Primavera and/or Pronto knowledge would be advantageousIN RETURNYou will be joining an existing team who will provide you with the onboarding and support to create a successful Linkforce career.
