About the Role Contract Resources is seeking an experienced Senior Project Management Professional to join our team.
In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in the successful execution and delivery of high-priority projects, leveraging your expertise to drive results and ensure project objectives are achieved.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record at the Senior level, with extensive experience in all aspects of Project Controls.
Role Accountabilities: Plan and execute projects within the guidelines of the CR Project Management Procedure Maintain strong Client relationships Ensure that the main areas of focus (KPI's) support the achievement of: Zero Harm to people, environment and equipment, and that Quality outcomes, Productivity targets and Financial targets are met.
Lead in all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment management.
Understand the Client/CR contract and scope of work and comply with all the processes and terms agreed in the contract Communicate clearly and create effective execution teams.
Identify / Manage Risk and opportunities Support the development of the Contract Resources Team Update clients and CR Management on progress and issues as per the set protocols and within agreed timeframes.
Support and work collaboratively other PM's, Supervisors and project related employees.
Propose innovations and process improvements.
Maintain key client relationships in conjunction with their line Manager.
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following attributes: 10+ years' experience in a Senior Project Manager role focusing on Project Controls and Financial responsibilities working on large scale projects.
Proven experience with people management and leadership.
Experience managing projects within the Oil & Gas industry desirable.
Contract service provider experience.
Track record of consistently delivery projects within budget on time using proactive actions early to address projected shortfalls.
Trade or Technical background desirable however not essential.
