The Role A unique opportunity exists for a talented Project Manager with an established background in the delivery of complex, multi-disciplined projects, to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of Vertech's services to a wide range of our clients across the resources sector.
You will ideally have a minimum of 5+ years experience in a similar role, or have relevant industry experience.

Duties and Responsibilities Manage multiple projects from concept to completion;Ensure that projects are proactively managed, and completed in accordance with the agreed scope, project plan, schedule and budget;Effective utilisation and monitoring of resources and equipment in accordance with project costs;Project estimating and costing in partnership with Commercial team ensuring cost efficiencies;Project planning in partnership with Planning team ensuring key milestones are achieved, variations are managed and clearly communicated as required;Stakeholder & Contract management;Build and foster good working client relationships;Coaching and supervision of project team members.Skills/ Experience/ Qualifications Minimum 5+ years operational / project environment experience in the resources industry;Demonstrated Project Management experience in the resources (or relevant) industry;A thorough understanding of access, rigging, maintenance & inspection services is highly desirable;Strong (internal and external) client service focus;Outstanding communication skills and ability to interact with people of all levels and backgrounds;Partnership approach in building relationships;Be well presented and have a positive, can-do attitude;Experience in all stages of the project lifecycle.Why Vertech Group?
