Responsibilities Manage all phases of projects, coordinating with key departments (Engineering, Finance, HSEQ, Commercial, Operations) and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient execution.Define and monitor project controls, budgets, and costs in collaboration with the Finance team.Identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring safety and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.Optimize resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Facilitate communication among project teams and stakeholders, providing progress updates and addressing issues as needed.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.Contribute to commercial growth by identifying new opportunities and anticipating clients' needs.Foster a collaborative environment, guiding the development of project teams and mentoring direct reports.Oversee contracts and claims, ensuring robust commercial practices and effective negotiation.Support tendering activities by providing technical input and assistance.Maintain thorough project documentation, produce reports, and ensure efficient project meetings.Requirements: Proven experience delivering vessel-based subsea construction projects (e.g., inspection, repair, maintenance, pipelay).Experience with tendering, including day-rate and lump-sum pricing models.Familiarity with T&I contracts; EPCI contract experience is a plus.Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and contract management experience.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.Ability to implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Adaptable and resilient, capable of responding quickly to market dynamics and internal developments.Ready to join us?

About Reach Subsea The Reach Subsea Group business concept is to offer high quality solutions and technology to clients in need of ocean data and services. Services are offered from our head office in Haugesund as well as from our subsidiaries located across Norway, Sweden, UK, Cyprus, US, Brazil, Trinidad, and Singapore. The company operates a wide range of work-class and survey ROVs from its fleet of vessels, ranging from smaller survey, IMR and Light Construction Vessels to high-capacity Subsea Construction Vessels. Operations are performed by highly qualified offshore personnel and supported by competent onshore engineering resources.
