This is an exceptional opportunity to manage a variety of complex, high-profile projects while fostering relationships with a wide network of stakeholders. You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of each project, from consultant engagement and design to stakeholder management, budget control, and seamless project delivery through to handover.Key Responsibilities:Drive the end-to-end delivery of both major and minor capital works programs and projects, both base build and fit-outs in a live, high-profile environment.Strategically manage a complex network of internal stakeholders, ensuring clear, effective communication.Oversee collaborative program and project delivery, balancing strict budget requirements with diverse stakeholder needs.Implement and lead risk management practices, developing and executing mitigation strategies throughout project lifecycles.Cultivate and strengthen strategic client relationships, contributing to internal growth and client success.Demonstrate expertise in Best Practice methodologies in Construction, Program & Project Management, and Health & Safety.About You:Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.At least 5 years of experience, with a solid foundation in facilities, engineering, or project delivery—preferably in an engineering or project management consultancy environment.Proven experience in managing a portfolio of projects and navigating the demands of multiple, concurrent initiatives.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a natural ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.High attention to detail and a structured approach to project management, consistently delivering results on time and within budget.Proactive in expanding professional networks and committed to establishing a reputable industry presence.A rewarding career:Strive forward with purpose.
