The Opportunity:Techforce has partnered with an industry leader in the EPC space civil works and mining to assist in building and developing their project management leadership team. Our client is specifically looking for a Project Manager with lengthy experience in dynamic and fast-paced environments as well as specialised experience in running large-scale Structural, Mechanical and Civil projects.Job Responsibilities:As a Project Manager with a background in Construction and Engineering, you will have the ability to see the big picture and anticipate the project's needs. With experience handling projects ranging from $10 million to $100 million, you will lead efforts in Contractor, Client, and Stakeholder management. Your role will require strong financial acumen, a strategic planning approach, and proficiency in MS Suites and MS Projects.Project Management: Oversee project planning, scheduling, deliverables, and resource allocation to meet requirements.Financial Oversight: Produce cost and forecast reports, manage purchase orders/invoices, and handle progress claims against milestones.Engineering Coordination: Review engineering issues with teams, drive design deliverables, and seek innovations for profitability and client value.Team Leadership: Manage site and project personnel, ensuring collaboration and efficiency.Performance Monitoring: Track progress, ensuring alignment with schedules and client expectations.To be considered you must have:10+ years of experience in a Project Manager role with proven experience in Structural, Mechanical or Civil based Projects.A tertiary qualification in Engineering (preferably civil, structural, or mechanical).Comprehensive understanding of OH&S legislation and associated responsibilities.Proficiency in SAP, the Microsoft Office Suite, and MS Project.Strong financial expertise and strategic planning abilities.Exceptional time management and organisational skills.Excellent problem-solving capabilities.Willingness to undertake short periods of site-based work.This position is based within Perth CBD location and offers a highly competitive salary with key focuses on Project delivery, stakeholder and client management and growth across business unit.To Apply:If you would like to discuss this opportunity further please contact Kristina on ****** or call (08) 6363 7046.
