Our group has now grown to an operational workforce of over 3,000 personnel with an extensive fleet of modern vehicles and equipment that operate nationwide.THE ROLEDue to continued growth, we are currently seeking an experienced multidiscipline Project Manager to join our Projects team. As a Project Manager you will be leading the execution of greenfield and brownfield mining and other industrial construction projects. This permanent full-time position is based at our CBD Head Office with FIFO site travel as required. Responsibilities include:Build positive and professional relationships with clients and vendors whilst establishing new and continuous business opportunitiesFinancial health of all allocated projectsEnsure contracts are complied with in a professional manner within the required timeframesManage projects and completion in accordance with client, statutory, quality and safety requirementsMonitor fabrication, procurement and other deliverables to ensure site teams meet all project milestonesIdentify continuous improvement on project deliveryABOUT YOUThe successful candidate will:Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role with strong technical knowledge in fixed plant miningEngineering or Trade qualificationSchedule 26 Statutory Supervisor accreditation (S44 as a minimum with the aim to complete S26)Experience in successfully delivering multidiscipline (CSMPEI or SMPEI) construction projects in mining and / or other industrial construction environmentsSolid working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of software, including Project and ExcelPrimavera and / or Pronto knowledge would be advantageousTertiary qualifications in Construction and / or Project Management is desirableIN RETURNYou will be joining an existing team who will provide you with the onboarding and support to create a successful Linkforce career.
