Accountable for the management and delivery of Digital and Technology project outputs within planned schedule, scope, quality and budget in compliance with the prescribed Project Management methodology The Position Accountable for the successful execution of minor projects, upgrades, enhancements and some technology centric major projects within approved project baselines and in compliance with the project management methodology.
Conducting discovery exercise and development of a project plan including refinement of scope based on provided problem statement.
Management of project financials and reporting, including detailed estimation and tracking progress of actuals and forecasts.
Managing teams of resources from different DI&T and business SME practices to enable successful project outcomes.
Planning, forecasting, resourcing, scheduling, prioritising and coordinating project activities.
Effectively managing project baselines (scope, budget, benefit, schedule) by ensuring that changes are documented, approved and registered in adherence to SJGHC project management methodology Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to influence project outcomes and effectively manage change.
Build trusted and constructive relationships with sponsors and project control groups to facilitate effective and transparent communication Leading, coaching, guiding and motivating the project team .
Experience within the healthcare sector is highly regarded.
You will have relevant tertiary qualification in Information Systems/Project Management (or equivalent experience) and PRINCE2 (or similar) Project Management qualification, with a minimum of 3 years' experience leading small to medium IT infrastructure and business systems projects.
You will have excellent problem solving, stakeholder engagement and vendor management experience to compliment your strong delivery focus.
To be successful, you will possess ability to manage distributed teams with disparate skill sets, ability to lead, influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization and within a team in a collaborative environment, with interpersonal and communication skills and ability to articulate the business context of projects.
