To be successful in this role you will hold: Leadership and site management experience within a mining environmentExposure to site services, civil site works, and crushing and screening will be highly regardedProven success working for a major mining contractorDedicated commitment to driving a safe working environmentAustralian citizenship or permanent residencyCurrent national police clearance or willing to provide oneQualifications / training in project management, engineering or construction management will be regarded though not essentialRole overview: On an 8/6 roster, you will assure the site operates in line with company procedures, manage project costs effectively, and maximize asset returnsAllocate and manage project resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materialsIdentify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delaysEnsure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and adhere to company and industry specifications including mass managementProvide regular project status reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and proposed solutionsAct as the onsite client liaison, driving safe delivery of project obligations and fostering positive relationships.Like what you see?
