About the Company Davidson is excited to partner with a leading aged care provider in Perth that is embarking on a significant digital transformation for an initial 6 month contract. This initiative aims to enhance the organisation's technological capabilities, ensuring the highest standard of care and operational efficiency through innovative solutions.
Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee key components of this digital transformation, for managing patient records, vendor management, MS Dynamics, payroll, and the creation of an e-referral system to digitise referral processes between hospitals, GPs, and clinics. This role requires effective coordination across multiple teams and departments to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities include: Manage the implementation of both the ERP system and e-referral system, ensuring on-time and within-scope delivery.Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of digital patient records, MS Dynamics, vendor management, payroll, and the e-referral system.Lead project planning, resource allocation, and risk management for assigned workstreams.Engage with stakeholders across hospitals, clinics, and GPs to ensure adoption of the new e-referral system.About you Proven experience managing IT projects in the health industry.Familiarity with e-referral systems, clinical records and payroll systems is highly desirableStrong organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects across various teams.Experience in healthcare or public sector is a plus.Benefits Flexible working arrangements Attractive day rate
