With a team of around 100 employees, we are committed to delivering exceptional services and solutions to our clients.The Role: We are currently seeking a skilled applicant with a technical background who focuses on customer and project delivery for small, medium, and large installations. This role will focus on key customers such as Corrections, Justice, Commercial, healthcare, and defence.Key Responsibilities:Conduct project management activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.Support field technical staff with material and documentation to successfully deliver project objectives.Provide technical support to field staff including apprentices.Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to manage project requirements and updates.Monthly project forecasting for labour, material, and invoicing requirements.Work in a team environment with other staff members to coordinate and manage successful project delivery.Coordinate and review sales handover documentation to accurately track project profit budgets and margins.Successfully negotiate contract variations for additional works conducted.Conduct site assessments and assist in the development of installation plans.Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.Monitor project progress and report to senior management.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Essential Skills and Experience:Western Australia security licence.Microsoft Office.Experience with Access Control and CCTV systems.Proven experience in the security industry, with exposure to a variety of installation projects.Understanding of project documentation and delivery processes.Willingness and flexibility for site visits/travel.Adaptability to manage projects in a changing environment.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:Project Management Certification.Project Management Diploma.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar.What SEME Offers:A dynamic, inclusive, and collaborative work culture.Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.Competitive salary and benefits package including vehicle allowance and fuel card.Training on Project management tools including Pronto, Aconex, and Microsoft project.Support for staff with a backup approach to manning & Management.Long term employment; SEME has staff with +15 years employment history for field staff & +20 years for management staff.Additional info:SEME is a National business with offices in Perth, Brisbane, Mackay, and Adelaide.Perth field staff +60.Perth Management and Admin +17 staff.The successful applicant will report directly to the Operations Manager + Installation Manager.Perth CBD Based with site visit requirements.Monday – Friday with OT paid at award rates.The role will require pre-employment Medical.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?How many years' experience do you have as a project manager?Do you hold a current security licence?
