The world needs more Intrepid people: Intrepid will launch its first-ever Customer App, and we're in need of a highly skilled Project Manager to manage the project.
The vision for the App is to be our customers' digital gateway to their Intrepid trip, extending their Intrepid Experience beyond days traveled.
The Project Manager will help bring this to life.
Working closely with Executive Stakeholders, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts, and development squads, you will take strategic ideas and lead your team to make them a reality.
You'll be the ultimate planner, risk mitigator, collaborator, and influencer motivating the team to achieve high-value outcomes.
This is a full-time 12-month fixed-term position based out of our HQ on Collins Street in Melbourne, with lots of flexibility for hybrid working.
Some of the experience you'll bring with you may include: 3+ years Project/Program Management experience.
Demonstrated critical thinking, planning, and management skills at a strategic level and the ability to work both strategically and operationally (hands-on).
Ability to translate strategic plans into specific objectives and to create and execute roadmaps to achieve objectives.
Motivate and empower cross-functional squads to ensure successful delivery of value.
Strong project governance experience.
