Due to unprecedented growth across the east coast remote sector, an incredibly rare Project Management opportunity has arisen, overseeing our Mine Site Cleaning contract in the Bowen Basin. The Position
Project management of our Mine Site Cleaning contract with flagship client Portfolio includes 7 mine sites throughout the Bowen Basin, cleaning contract only Maintaining consistent operational performance, driving quality, cost, people capability and performance Driving regular and sustainable improvement in our safety performance Fostering a high-performance culture through continuous improvement and innovation Staff engagement and development, modelling positive working relationships, demonstrating trust, care and respect Developing strategic client relationships, and identify additional growth opportunities Support client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner ensuring compliance and company policies are followed Monday to Friday, 5:2 roster with point of hire negotiable for the successful candidate. FIFO or DIDO available.
The Person
Experience in Remote Portfolio / Project Management positions Experience working with leading mining clients is advantageous, particularly in the cleaning space Strong and decisive leadership skills with ability to build effective and engaged teams Experience managing multiple client relationships and project deadlines with competing priorities Strong financial and analytical skills in managing budgets and allocating appropriate resources to ensure a sustainable and profitable business Experience in Staff recruitment, retention, rostering, and subsequent management of large scale workforces.
