This role will focus on providing support structures to assure delivery to client expectations.
The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of professionals on a client-by-client engagement basis.
What you'll do:
Provide project leadership of consulting engagements with existing and target clients Ensure engagement delivers the business outcomes to the satisfaction of the client Provide quality assurance across engagement to ensure a referenceable result for the client Mentor team to develop and achieve optimised results for the client Build relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, senior management, and operational teams in the client environment Develop robust concept of operation and change management plans to ensure sustained operational readiness
What you bring:
Extensive experience and knowledge in day-to-day systems and processes in the technology systems domain Experience across the project lifecycle across all methodologies, focusing on delivering required client outcomes Proven experience building roadmaps to sound business cases, selecting best product based on customer requirements, ensuring project is adequately designed and planned for execution Ability to develop, document, articulate and present business case and value proposition to stakeholders at all levels Experience operating in an advisory or consulting capacity, with strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
