Yokogawa is seeking a Senior Project Manager to take charge of diverse projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to client requirements and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
Initiate, plan, execute, and monitor all project aspects, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
Communicate and align with clients to meet and exceed project objectives, maintaining strong relationships.
Provide robust WHSE leadership, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Efficiently manage contracts to deliver project outcomes within budget and quality targets.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
Requirements:
8-10 years' industry experience, working on complex large scale projects Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Proven track record in managing large-scale projects, preferably in an industrial Automation setting.
Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate project teams effectively.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, as well as relevant regulations and codes.
