With a growing team and stable and long-term project portfolio, the company are seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager with exposure to built form projects.
About The Job In the role of Project Manager, you will assist in the planning and delivery of projects working as part of a team or taking the lead.
The role involves, but is not limited to:
Undertake all project and contract administration required on the respective projectsProcuring and managing consultant teamsManaging project design procurementBuilder managementClient managementProject programmingDocumentation reviews and commentaryConstruction methodology advice / reviewsProject administrationContract managementCost control and managementMonthly project reporting: cost control, budget status, variations and forecastAbout You Our client requires the typical skills and experience to successfully manage projects and a relevant degree as part of your qualifications. Assistant Project Management or Project Management experience delivering construction projects across built form projects is essential. Exceptional communication skills are a must as well as the ability to manage your time across projects of various types and sizes.
You will have the ability to drive projects forward and an outstanding attitude. You are passionate about construction and comfortable taking the lead role in projects. You will have excellent time management, attention to detail and commercial acumen.
Strong computer literacy and experience with project management software.
