Project Manager

Provide guidance to project teams in navigating technical requirements, ensuring deliverability, and complying with internal and regulatory governance. Facilitate the achievement of business objectives across the Bulk Earthworks and Civils Program. Effectively communicate delivery risks to the wider business and facilitate support to manage these risks. Integrate with various divisions including Process Engineering and Major Hazards, Maintenance Planning and Engineering, Studies Rehab and Closure, and Mine Technical Services to streamline project delivery. Oversee the construction of roads, tailings dams, and associated infrastructure. Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines to ensure milestones are met. Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management. Advance the program framework including procurement strategies, lessons learnt, document libraries, resourcing, capital planning and reporting. Provision of safety leadership and promoting the highest HSEQ standards
