Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager with proven experience in stakeholder engagement, planning, contract administration, superintendency services, and project delivery. The successful candidate will lead and manage diverse project teams, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintain positive client relationships. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting and impactful projects, with a focus on sustainable growth and community development. The position is based in Perth with travel to Karratha and other regional locations as required.

Your Role and Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Direct and manage diverse project teams, including external consultants and stakeholders in fields like renewable energy, infrastructure, and economic development. Effective Management: Administer various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Client Relations: Maintain positive, professional relationships with a range of clients, showcasing versatility across different project types. Resource Management: Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources, devising strategies for maximised efficiency and effectiveness. Communication and Problem Solving: Implement robust processes for clear communication and effective resolution of project challenges. Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle. Planning and Design Development: Coordinate the design development of projects and manage planning approval processes. Superintendency Services: Provide comprehensive superintendency services to guide projects to completion. Contract Administration: Manage all aspects of contract administration to ensure compliance with legal and project requirements. Required Skills and Experience: Relevant Qualifications: Tertiary education in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or related discipline. Proven Experience: At least 5 years in client-side project management, with recognition for managing complex projects, including stakeholder engagement, planning, contract administration, superintendency services, and project delivery. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, both written and oral. Self-Motivation: Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic setting. Organisational Proficiency: Expertise in managing time and tasks efficiently. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and familiar with project management software.
