The Opportunity In this role, you will be responsible for indoor and outdoor refurbishments of Early Learning Centers across Western Australia, and other states at times, based in Perth. This role is a Fixed Term 2 years contract with the potential to be extended.
Your key responsibilities will include: Define project objectives & scope in consultation with internal and external stakeholders Liaising with our partner for all relevant approvals (landlord, regulator & neighbours) Prepare detailed project plans to ensure alignment of all stakeholders Source best overall value for our partner for cost and quality Manage the projects end to end ensuring all scope items have been delivered as per partner expectations Ensure all work carried out is in accordance with our safety expectations Track report and provide regular updates to key stakeholders To be considered for this role: Prior proven experience in project management of building or landscape renovations to live sites limiting disruption to trade - Essential Proven ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing – Essential Intermediate to advanced level of computer literacy in MS Office – Essential Project management experience in education/early learning – Ideal but not necessary Current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain.
