Project Manager

This boutique owner operated development company specialises in residential mixed-use projects across the Perth Metro area. This opportunity allows the new team member to benefit from exciting current projects as well as witnessing and assisting with ongoing growth and further acquisition. Due to ongoing growth and an increasing workload, they require a highly skilled and impressive Project Manager to join their team. This role would suit a PM coming from the residential construction industry that has experience with managing townhouse and or apartment projects. To be considered you must have the following experience and attributes: Full lifecycle experience in the delivery of townhouse or apartment projects. You will have experience acting as Superintendent and be able to manage your own contract administration. Be able to run project team meetings and command respect and loyalty from the various consultants and contractors engaged. You will have professional communication skills and presentation, able to hold your own both on site and in an executive's boardroom. Be thick skinned, a team player with common sense and strong work ethic. Hold a relevant tertiary qualification to back up practical experience. Have a current and relevant network of the best contractors and consultants across Perth, able to demonstrate that when required.
