The Role: We are seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team based in Orange, NSW.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in implementing project strategies and managing client relationships throughout the full lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on-time and on-budget.
Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project execution plans for each project, including timelines / milestones, budget, resource allocations and risk assessments.Lead the projects execution team, providing leadership and supervision to the contracts manager and other key stakeholders supporting the Projects function.Drive the establishment and management of supply chain partnerships including scope of works, scope delineation and mitigating scope gaps.Act as the main point of contact for clients in regard to project enquiries and management through to closure.Work with Production Management team to ensure that all manufacturing activities meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations and industry best practices.Develop and monitor project budgets, track expenses and implement cost-control measures to maximise profitability.Drive innovative project management strategies in line with our focus on efficiency, advanced manufacturing and sustainability.Identify, resolve and present learnings from issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle.Report to senior management on project progress, highlighting successes, challenges, and learnings to drive continuous improvement.Ensure that contractual requirements and specifications are reflected in the catalogue offerings.About you: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering, construction management, or similar)2+ years' experience in project managementOutstanding communication skills with a proven ability to foster a collaborative culture across departments and cultivate strong relationships with external stakeholders.Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo and adapt seamlessly to evolving circumstances.Commitment to transforming the construction industry and spearheading meaningful change in a traditionally stagnant sector.What's in it for you: Flexible work arrangements to ensure ease of balancing work and life commitmentsCareer and personal development opportunities to continue your growth journeyThe opportunity to join a rapidly growing business that's set to shake up the construction industry as we know itA close-knit, collaborative team environment where everyone has a sayHow to apply: If this sounds like you, we invite you to apply via SEEK with your resume and a cover letter outlining why you are the right person for the role.
