Our Project Manager To be successful in this position you'll be a self-starter with demonstrated experience working within the Construction industry.  Refurbishment and fit out experience is essential.  Your exceptional interpersonal skills and collaborative nature will help you develop authentic relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will show strong abilities to multi-task between various projects whilst providing solid and consistent direction to your project team. Reporting to the General Manager in Orange, you will be responsible for overall management of projects including planning, coordination, right through to completion. In this role you will be responsible for: Managing all aspects of the project including financials Project managing from initial site setup to completion Ensuring compliance with HSEQ requirements Ensuring effective cost control and efficient running of the project Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings with the client Provision of advice on any technical and engineering issues Liaise closely with the client ensuring project runs to program To be successful, you will need: Relevant industry qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or similar, preferably with trade background; Sound experience within the Construction Industry, preferable in the commercial fit-out and refurbishment section, with a minimum of 5 years' experience; Proven abilities to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders; In-depth knowledge of construction procedures and project management principles Extensive experience in managing budgets for large construction projects Competency in MS Project, Excel and Word are essential, as much as PowerPoint, Timberline, Project Centre and Aconex (desirable); Advanced understanding of risk management policies and procedures Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of the BCA   What we offer: Exciting landmark projects Career growth and development opportunities  Leave Benefits, including Purchase Annual Leave and Parental Leave scheme Flexible Working Arrangements Attractive salary on offer based on experience.
