Due to unprecedented growth across the east coast remote sector, an incredibly rare Project Management opportunity has arisen, overseeing our Mine Site Cleaning contract in the Bowen Basin.The PositionProject management of our Mine Site Cleaning contract with flagship clientPortfolio includes 7 mine sites throughout the Bowen Basin, cleaning contract onlyMaintaining consistent operational performance, driving quality, cost, people capability and performanceDriving regular and sustainable improvement in our safety performanceFostering a high-performance culture through continuous improvement and innovationStaff engagement and development, modelling positive working relationships, demonstrating trust, care and respectDeveloping strategic client relationships, and identify additional growth opportunitiesSupport client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner ensuring compliance and company policies are followedFlexible with rosters, but ideally we're looking for someone based in the Mackay/Moranbah region, or willing to relocate.The PersonExperience in Remote Portfolio / Project Management positionsExperience working with leading mining clients is advantageous, particularly in the cleaning spaceStrong and decisive leadership skills with ability to build effective and engaged teamsExperience managing multiple client relationships and project deadlines with competing prioritiesStrong financial and analytical skills in managing budgets and allocating appropriate resources to ensure a sustainable and profitable businessExperience in Staff recruitment, retention, rostering, and subsequent management of large scale workforces.The BenefitsYou will have the support, infrastructure, systems and processes you would expect from a global organisation.
