Daily Rate: $800 - $999 + Super
Contract Length: Initial contract to 30/04/25
Location: Lismore (with WFH flex)
The Role As Project Manager, you will lead project delivery across Northern Rivers and Central West. You will manage reporting, governance, risk, procurement, and oversee key systems, including Salesforce and PowerBI. This role involves engaging with internal and external stakeholders, managing a team, and driving innovative solutions to meet strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Manage project planning, governance, monitoring, and reporting functions for RHP. Oversee procurement, financial activities, and ensure alignment with legislation and guidelines. Lead key stakeholder groups such as the RHP Steering Committee and Project Control Group. Drive risk management and support governance frameworks in collaboration with internal teams. Ensure effective use of systems like SmartyGrants, Salesforce, GIS, and PowerBI for project reporting. Build a collaborative and high-performance team to deliver best-in-class outcomes. Provide strategic advice to senior leaders on emerging issues and challenges. Key Requirements: Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in project management. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Experience with procurement, financial processes, and risk management. Expertise with systems such as Salesforce and PowerBI is highly desirable.
