They offer professional structures for major projects and a culture that is passionate about construction and their company. Duties & Responsibilities, Managing all facets of the project including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, safety & risk.Dealing directly with clients to define project requirements then preparing scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.Liaise with Authorities, Consultants, Engineers and community in regard to the project. Leading project delivery team, providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals. Tracking and Reporting progress of the project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines.
