Essential Experience
• OHS/ HSE – competent knowledge of OHS legislation and regulation codes of practice and AS/NZS.
• Have a trade background / qualification in plumbing preferred but not essential
Desirable Experience
• Minimum 5 Years Management Experience
Qualifications
• Diploma in Business or Experience in Project Management
• High level of knowledge in Hydraulic Services, attention to detail, understanding of current market trends
Tasks & responsibilities The project manager creates an important link between the estimating and project delivery activities of our Business. The Project Manager is responsible for project delivery activities, from inception, to completion of the defect's liability period. The Project Manager must ensure a maximum amount of efficiency and throughout, whilst maintaining vigilance on safety, the construction program, productivity and commercial outcomes of the project. The project manager will work closely with site staff, senior management and the client to achieve these objectives, and is responsible for ensuring minimum risk and maximum profit on each project. EHS / QA - 20% Project Delivery - 30% Client Relationship - 5% People Management - 15% Reporting - 20% Working in & On landmark Projects spanning all types of sectors, Company Vehicle, Fuel Card and IT equipment to successful complete the role & whare possible have flexibility to self manage your time in line with the project / projects you will be responsible for the execution & delivery of. The successful applicant will be provided with company systems training, including ongoing professional development training / accreditations and career progression within the business as it continues to grow.
