At Specialist Height Access (SHA), we've been proudly maintaining, repairing, and inspecting some of Sydney's most iconic buildings and infrastructure since 1998. As a leader in Australia's Industrial Rope Access and Height Safety Systems, we're ISO and IRATA accredited, setting the benchmark for safety, quality, and innovation in the industry.

About the role:
We're on the hunt for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver a diverse range of Height Safety and Rope Access projects. From the initial planning stages to successful completion, you'll play a key role in ensuring every project meets our high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.
This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and our dedicated team to achieve great results.
Key Responsibilities: Developing and implementing project plans, timelines and budgetsCoordinating and overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, resource allocation and quality controlEnsuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required standardsManaging and communicating with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholdersIdentifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycleProviding regular progress reports and updates to the project team and managementContinuous improvement and optimisation of project management processes and procedures.About You: We're looking for someone who thrives on challenges and takes pride in delivering exceptional results.
