Project Manager

The RoleAs a member of our project management team, your responsibilities will include thoroughly planning all project phases, managing risks, communication, and stakeholder engagement. Collaboration with your team, supporting teams, and the customer will be crucial to executing projects hands-on. You will ensure timely and successful project delivery by managing the budget, scope, and schedule.
Your role will involve delivering all required project management documents and reporting periodically to the Steering Committee and enterprise PMO. Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure integrated delivery planning and manage release dependencies. Participation in reviews and lessons learned workshops will help you apply past lessons to improve future projects.
You will also promote continuous improvement initiatives and reinforce Agile values, offering feedback on methodologies and procedures for ongoing improvement. In this role, you will ensure successful project execution, foster team collaboration, and drive continuous improvement in project management practices.
The Right Fit for the RoleWe are looking for a Project Manager with the following qualities and experiences:
Stakeholder Management and Influence:
Strong skills in managing and influencing stakeholders.Ability to deliver top-quality products to clients.Hands-On Approach:
Responsible for all aspects of planning, scheduling, resource monitoring, scope, change, issues, and risk management.Large-Scale ERP Project Experience:
Proven experience managing large-scale ERP projects using Agile methods.Skilled in handling multi-stream projects including requirements gathering, change management, development, data migration, document generation, testing, business readiness, cutover, and hypercare.Customer-Facing ERP Implementation Experience:
Extensive experience in customer-facing ERP projects.Strong understanding of financial business processes and excellent relationship-building skills.Knowledge of Software Implementation Phases:
Thorough knowledge of different software implementation phases from pre-sales to go-live.Ability to oversee various phases and manage multiple module implementations simultaneously.Technical Team Management:
Proven experience managing technical teams and removing roadblocks to ensure timely delivery.Collaborative and Team-Focused:
Ability to effectively collaborate, listen, and share knowledge within a team.Bonus Skills:
Experience in fleet management and cloud technology projects is a plus.Relevant product training will be provided to enhance your skills.About You:
