Project Manager

Reitsma Constructions, a well-established commercial building company with offices in Sydney, Newcastle, and Wollongong, is seeking to hire a Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial projects between $1 - 20 million dollars, with the occasional larger projects.
The candidate will report to the Construction Manager and also the Directors.
The projects will be in the Newcastle, central coast area, and Northern Sydney Areas, with a requirement to work between the Sydney and Redhead offices.
Our ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working on similar projects in a similar role.
The role requires: A passion for the construction industry and building relationships.Ability to work within a team and mentor contract administrators.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Outline of job role: Managing construction program.Overseeing and managing site staff.Managing project quality and safety.Procurement of sub-contract agreements.Project budget and forecast reports.Document control.Preparation and management of letting schedules.Managing relationships between all stakeholders (Superintendent, client, contractors, and suppliers).Using the following software packages – Estimateone, Google Workspace, MS Project, MS Office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
