The head office is based in Brookvale, with projects undertaken across the Sydney Metro area.
Due to continued growth and project successes, we currently have an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our family-owned business.
The primary purpose of this role is to Project Manage (Client side) projects including, but not limited to, Remedial, Refurbishments, New Builds, Fire Safety, Upgrades and Services Upgrades. This role offers a clear path to team leadership, making it ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities: Plan, manage and coordinate all phases of projects through design, procurement, approvals, construction, commissioning, certification and handover.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on budget and meet program and quality expectations.Lead and inspire the project team, setting high standards and ensuring that project objectives are met.Implement and monitor project processes and procedures to maintain high standards across all disciplines.Optimise project resources to ensure that project objectives are met.Establish key relationships and clear lines of communication among project partners, sub-contractors, and team members.Report on budget forecasts, job progress, safety and quality control monthly to Director.Implementation and leadership around WHS, Quality and Environmental standards to meet corporate and legislative requirements.Engage proactively with Clients.Actively pursue new Clients and/or buildings for the purpose of adding to the Company's current portfolio of Project.Demonstrate natural leadership abilities, providing guidance and mentorship.About You: Over 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, including client-side roles.Relevant qualifications in Building/Engineering and/or Project Management.Strong knowledge of Fire Safety.Proficiency in using Procore, Jobpac, Hammerte, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365 (e.g., Excel, Projects, Word).Extensive experience in commercial and contract management.Proven ability to mentor and share knowledge to foster team growth and development.Strategic thinking and effective problem-solving skills.Experience in remedial works (desirable).Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.Excellent time management and leadership capabilities.Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.A current driver's licence.What's in it for You?
