About the Role We are seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager to become a key part of the Protecta Team.

Our ideal candidate for this role will have a proactive and pragmatic mindset with a passion for streamlining processes, driving continuous improvement, and delivering outstanding project outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to shape high-impact initiatives, collaborate with diverse teams, and play a key part in the growth and success of Protecta Group, including leading projects that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic business goals.

Key responsibilities for this role: Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines, scope, and budget requirements.Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, including objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, while applying project management methodologies.Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate departmental collaboration to achieve project goals and support continuous improvement.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing strategies to address them and drive successful execution.Drive process improvements by recommending and implementing new systems, tools, and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are used effectively.Facilitate regular updates and communication with stakeholders, providing progress reports, data analysis, and insights.Implement quality control measures, and conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project performance.Support and collaborate with departments and functions, including Corporate Services and People & Culture, to align on key initiatives and ensure comprehensive support.Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (preferred).2 + years of experience in project management, preferably within a corporate or technical environment.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).Practical understanding of key business departments including Operations, IT, Marketing, Customer Service.Experience in managing budgets, assessing risks, and adjusting plans to maintain project goals.Strong ability to compile detailed reports and analyse project data.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive and adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset.Team player with a collaborative nature.Desirable: PMP certification, or equivalent.Our Core Values At Protecta Group, our core values underpin everything we do and the experience we provide to our customers.
