We value and nurture our customer relationships.The OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of a perfectly sized, energetic team that delivers high-quality projects where creativity and passion are valued.The Senior Project Manager will oversee and manage the execution of fit-out projects, ensuring their successful completion within budget, on schedule, and meeting quality standards. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating project teams, communicating with stakeholders, and driving the delivery of projects from concept stage, pre-construction, through to completion.About YouA minimum of 3 years' experience in project management within the fit-out industry.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Strong knowledge of construction processes, design & construct fit-out methodologies, and industry-specific regulations including applicable knowledge for office fit construction in the NCC (BCA) of Australia.A high attention to detail especially contract, quality, and budget compliance with an understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial management principles.Exceptional stakeholder management and commercial acumen.Proficient in project management software and tools for planning, scheduling, and reporting.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.Full-time position based in North Sydney office.
