Project Manager

Mayday Blue are looking for a Project Manager to join one of Sydney's fastest growing civil contractors who work across RMS work projects ranging from $5 million up to $30 million
The Benefits: $160,000-$200,000 Base Vehicle and Fuel Card Sydney based projects  Multi Award Winning Business  The role: Driving construction teams and subcontractors on-site. Managing client and consultant relationships. Setting programs and budgets from structure through to handover Implement effective project management strategies, including risk management, cost control, and resource allocation. Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. The Requirements: Proven Experience within the Civil space Proven track record of delivering projects Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results
