You will also assist with establishment of procurement agreements-contracts for the sourcing of services to support delivery of the works program. Other responsibilities will include: Collaborating with relevant teams and personnel to ensure appropriate asset management, maintenance and operational documentation and systems are developed for timely handover of new or refurbished assets as part of change management processes. Assisting with overall planning and annual budgeting for execution of the region's major maintenance and minor capital works programs Assisting with development and maintenance of annual, three- and five-year rolling delivery plans to cater for forward business planning. Monitoring and reporting on the allocated program and project performance Managing other assigned special projects across the region About you Sunwater is looking for someone with demonstrated high level skills in the provision of project and program management services relevant to the construction and delivery of bulk water (and irrigation) infrastructure development and refurbishment projects. You will also have post graduate qualifications in project management, engineering, maintenance or an equivalent field. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate: Proven experience in managing the delivery of project management services within the constraints of time and budget Effectiveness in delivering services and meeting performance targets and managing and contributing effectively to project teams to enhance commercial performance project management skills, with experience in analysis of infrastructure projects and the provision of input to the negotiation and development of construction contracts Experience in an engineering position in the refurbishment and enhancement and/or delivery of bulk water or heavy industry infrastructure We strongly encourage applications from candidates who are seeking flexibility in their work arrangements.
