TEKsystems has been engaged to support a 12 month Project Manager supporting a Global leader in technology and innovation.
This project is supporting the largest warehouse in Australia and you will be located in Craigieburn, Victoria.
This role requires you to be onsite three days per week.
The OpportunityWe are looking for motivated, customer-focused people who want to join our team as a Project Manager responsible for managing the construction project at our Craigieburn facility.
The Project Manager is the liaison responsible for day-to-day coordination of all aspects of contractor works associated with the construction project.
This is a new construction site, the project is currently underway and looking for a Project Manager who has expertise in concrete, facade, and the overall structure - until completion.
ResponsibilitiesManage day to day coordination of the construction project including: Manage daily pre-start meetings and messagingManage documentation flow and compliance to regulationsReview phasing programs and report on progressResponsible for the day to day management of the head contractor and subcontractors to ensure that their deliverables are being met from a scope, schedule, quality and safety perspective.Responsible for oversight to the project and reporting back on compliance issues, damage, etc.RequirementsEngineering experience or construction management experience and qualifications preferred (Preferable at a Tier 1)Motivated and proactive individualExperience with safety managementAbility to communicate (written & verbal) in English and the local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher.Additional PMP certification would be desirable but not mandatoryExperience of working to appropriate health & safety standards and regulations.Computer skills (MS Office).Immediate start: If you are interested, please reach out to ******
