Utilise your Project Management expertise to provide support and advice to Liquor Control VictoriaA Fixed-Term, Full-Time opportunity to work with a high-performing and passionate team in the Victorian Public Service for 6 monthsAbout the Business Unit: Liquor Control Victoria was established on 1 July 2022 and comprises the independent Victorian Liquor Commission and staff from the Department of Justice and Community Safety.
Liquor Control Victoria is responsible for issuing liquor licences and overseeing industry compliance and enforcement to ensure that Victorians and visitors to the state enjoy safe and responsible liquor licensed environments.
About the Role: The Project Manager will work within an established project team to lead Liquor Control Victoria through a digital transformation of its front-end systems.
Some of your duties will include:
Project managing the delivery of the Liquor Regulation digitisation project partnering with Service VictoriaProviding leadership in the management of program governance and reporting obligations including establishing sound and efficient processes and systems to deliver team objectivesIdentifying and analysing emerging issues, problems or opportunities, propose and implement strategic solutions and develop documents to support implementation of solutions.About You: As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
Project management expertise, including demonstrated experience in managing organisational change initiativesA wealth of knowledge and experience in delivering IT projects using frameworksA strong ability to develop and disseminate complex project documentation, briefs, and correspondence, and to deliver on project objectivesExcellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills combined with demonstrable ability to liaise and negotiate at senior management levelsExcellent stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to inform and influence a range of project partners, stakeholders, and end-users.How to Apply: Please click the Apply button on this advertisement.
