About the Division The Asset Management Division helps schools maintain and manage their buildings and grounds, ensuring they are energy efficient.
About the Role The role is located in the Asset Information Management System (AIMS) Unit within the VSBA's School Asset Management Support Branch.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the AIMS Service Centre and manage stakeholder engagement during system upgrades.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for corporate users, ensuring their needs are addressed throughout the upgrade process.
Attributes The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of dashboard reporting, data analysis, and management practices along with strong communication skills.
