We are committed to delivering exceptional service and top-tier project execution.
We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our team.
Position OverviewAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of commercial flooring projects up to $400k.
This includes managing all phases from the tender stage through to project completion, overseeing internal staff and subcontractor scheduling, conducting site assessments, and ensuring quality and service standards are met.
You will also work closely with the General Manager to meet operational and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing sales & tendering projects.
Manage commercial flooring projects from initial tender to completion.
Oversee internal staff and subcontractor scheduling to ensure smooth project & operational flow.
Conduct site assessments for floor preparation and moisture treatment.
Work with the General Manager on financial and operational targets.
Ensure projects stay on budget and are delivered on time.
Collaborate with clients and staff to ensure high-quality project delivery and service.
Requirements:

Construction experience required; flooring experience preferred.
Project management experience preferred.
Must be driven, solution-focused, and work well under pressure.
Strong positive attitude and high-level communication skills.
