Are you ready to lead an ambitious national rebrand and facility upgrade program for Australia's leading collision repair group?
AMA Group is seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee transformative projects across more than 80 sites nationwide.
About the Role In this pivotal role, you will deliver high-impact rebranding and facility enhancement projects, ensuring alignment with AMA Group's strategic vision and operational excellence.
Reporting directly to the GM Marketing, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, trades, and stakeholders to drive efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing Deliver Transformative Projects: Manage the rebrand and facility upgrades from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and external trades to define project requirements and deliver optimal outcomes.
Manage Fit-Outs and Renovations: Oversee physical upgrades, facility expansions, and compliance with safety and building standards.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimise workflows, enhance productivity, and implement innovative solutions across sites.
Ensure Strategic Alignment: Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies to align with organisational objectives.
Communicate Effectively: Provide regular updates to stakeholders, prepare progress reports, and build strong relationships at all levels of the business.
What We're Looking For Proven experience in project management, especially within the building, construction, or facilities sectorExperience managing fit-outs or facility upgrades will be highly regardedStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectivelyAn analytical thinker with a proactive mindset and the ability to drive continuous improvement.Project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferredWhy Join Us?
