Job Description Join a growing People Systems team at Jetstar Opportunity to work on exciting learning system initiatives/projects 7-month, full-time role working at our Collingwood head office (hybrid working options available) The Project Manager will be responsible for leading enhancements to Jetstar Airways' Learning Management System (LMS) across all regions, including Jetstar Japan and Asia.
This role oversees the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely, on-scope and on-budget delivery, as well as managing all change management processes and initiatives.
You will coordinate resources, manage risks, communicate with stakeholders and work closely with a cross-functional team including business analysts, technical lead, test lead, instructional designers and system administrators.
We are looking for a results-driven leader who balances technical and business needs to ensure the learning system meets evolving requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Defining project scope, objectives, and timeline to align with business needs and organizational goals.
Creating and maintaining a project schedule with tasks, timelines, milestones, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
Providing stakeholders with regular update on progress, risks mitigation strategies and budget status.
Managing key stakeholder relationships to understand and communicate their needs.
Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to avoid project disruption and delays.
Managing the project budget and resource allocation.
Ensuring the project meets quality standards for deliverables and management processes.
Managing the change management process, including communications, training and end-user support.
You'll have: 5 years' project management experience in enterprise level system implementations (preferred) Proven experience in managing HRIS or LMS projects, with hands on involvement in transitioning legacy systems to new platforms.
Experience with SuccessFactors LMS, Workday LMS or similar systems Experience leading cross-functional teams of technical and non-technical professionals Demonstrated experience managing stakeholders across departments to align project goals with organisational priorities.
Experience managing project budgets, controlling costs and allocating resources effectively.
Proven experience working with external vendors for system implementation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate discussions and guide stakeholders through change process.
Skilled in analyzing complex situations, solving problems, and making decisions under pressure.
