Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee a variety of projects from conception to completion. Operating from our main office in Bayswater North, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project objectives are met and delivered with the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute project plans.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.Monitor and control project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective risk management strategies.Communicate project status, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders and leadership.Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to maximise productivity.Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a successful track record of managing complex projects.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Problem-solving and decision-making skills.Experience in pipeline maintenance and rehabilitation is preferred.Additional Information: • Professional development opportunities
