With a strong commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, our products include industrial robots, intra-logistics scanning, dimensioning, sortation, industrial weighing, and inspection.The RoleWe have an opportunity for an astute and capable Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of national projects across all our product solutions (capital equipment business projects & solutions). Based in Melbourne, Victoria, and reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, the Project Manager will work with a team of skilled technical sales officers, service supervisors, technicians, and engineers to deliver outstanding results to a growing portfolio of Diverseco clients.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end project delivery, on time and within budget, to contractual, regulatory, and quality standards. Project values range up to $5M.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to allocate resources effectively and optimise project schedules.Develop and implement project documentation, schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and communication plans.Perform analysis and interrogate schedules/costs.Manage subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered within budget, including capturing all variations to scope.Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities with existing clients.About YouAt least 7 years of project management experience (construction and infrastructure project management experience highly regarded).Sound knowledge of project management principles, WHSE responsibilities and practices, financial management, and resource allocation.Proven ability in stakeholder management, including end-user clients, sub-contractors, and internal resources.Bachelor's degree in Project Management.Drivers' licence and White Card.Existing rights to work in Australia.Benefits include employee reward schemes, paid birthday leave, health and wellbeing initiatives, discounts, and company-funded income protection.
