With a focus on the built environment, this creative agency is involved in various high-profile, complex projects across the globe.

Due to a steady increase in committed local and international projects, this multidisciplinary studio is keen to appoint an experienced Project Manager with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Not your standard role, this unique opportunity would be well suited to an Architect with a background in large footprint Architecture, Health Planning, Workplace Strategy, Urban Design, Master Planning or Landscape Design. If you've been wanting to move your career in a new direction, the time is now!

This studio collaborates with a wide range of client and consultant groups, providing design strategy around experiential design, customer-centric design and spatial experience. You'll be working deeply with design consultants and informing the design process but your primary focus will be managing the client's experience throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Primary responsibilities for this project management role include: Attending and leading internal and external project briefingsEnsuring all briefs are signed offDevelopment and tracking of project programsWorking with Studio Manager to determine resource allocationCoordination of internal and external progress meetings and design reviewsClient management and ensuring WIP reports are issued weeklyManagement of quality assurance processesSetting project workshops and client presentationsTo be successful in this role, the following attributes will be essential: Exceptional communication skills, written and verbalClient experience focusedAdaptive, flexible communication style to suit different client/stakeholder groupsDemonstrates initiativeMethodical and highly organisedResults drivenProactive approach to problem solvingTakes ownership and authority across assigned projectsBased on the fringe of Melbourne's city centre, this carbon neutral studio offers continuous learning, diversity and performance-based career pathways for proven achievers.

Permanent, long-term position with a salary circa $100,000 - $110,000 plus Superannuation.
