Due to a healthy pipeline of work, we're looking for a talented and hands-on Project Manager to join our Metro Melbourne Team — someone who shares our drive to exceed client expectations while upholding our core values of excellence, integrity, and teamwork.You'll be at the forefront of delivering projects, taking them from concept to completion. You'll manage every aspect, from strategic planning to team leadership, while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. Your mission will be to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, all while promoting a positive culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and align team capabilities with business objectives while fostering a collaborative and values-driven environment.Champion safety and environmental responsibility, ensuring compliance with HSEQ policies and proactively managing risks.Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while meeting client and business goals.Ensure all projects comply with regulatory, governance, and safety standards, implementing strategies for ongoing compliance.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, delivering tailored solutions and exceeding expectations.Prepare accurate budgets and forecasts, monitor financial performance, and allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives.You will bring along the following:Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, along with a Construction Induction certification.At least 10 years of industry experience with 7+ years management experience in the construction industry, with a focus on project management and team collaboration.Proven experience managing road maintenance and road construction projects, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.Solid strategic planning skills to align projects with business objectives and manage resources effectively.Skilled in MS Project, Excel, and other Microsoft applications to support project planning, tracking, and reporting.Why Bild Group?Challenging and dynamic initiativesTransparent avenues for advancementStability in employmentWe offer:Employee Award and Recognition ProgramMonthly team BBQ'sSocial and welcoming cultureFinancial support for further training and educationCompetitive remuneration and benefitsReady to take the next step?
